Sierra Madre Property Values Make Wall Street Journal Real Estate Boom in Sierra Madre, Says Wall Street Journal A local reader tipped me off to an article which dominated the front page and page 10 of the Weekend Journal section of the Jan. 31 Wall Street Journal. The Journal conducted a study, and determined that nationwide, Sierra Madre was second only to La Canada-Flintridge in percentage increase of property values in 2002 over 2001. The article is titled "How's Your Town Doing?" Sounds like we're doing pretty well. Click the top left picture to see the table with Sierra Madre in it larger. To see the tables reflecting nationwide growth, click on the bottom right picture. Source: Wall Street Journal |
