The City's annual parade is always a highlight of the Halloween festivities. The parade started at Kersting Court, led by Sierra Madre Volunteer Fire Dept. vehicles, and headed westbound to Memorial Park, where the Kiwanis sponsored Costume Contest took place. If you see someone you know in these pictures, be sure to let them know it's here.
