Pioneer Days Pumpkin Carving Oct. 19, 2002 Back to Pioneer Days 2002 main page
This event took place in Memorial Park from 11am to 1pm and was sponsored by Parks and Recreation. The cost iwa $5 per pumpkin, and there is no age limit. Markers were available for those too young to be allowed to have blades. My apologies to Parks and Rec. I came by early and took some pictures of early arrivals, then went to the Oldtimers event in the Park. When I came back by the pumpkin carving, there were a lot more kids carving, but I couldn't shoot any pictures because I had taken so many at the Oldtimers event that I had no chip space left for more pumpkin pictures.
