Historic Home Tour
Sunday, Oct. 17th

The Sierra Madre Historical Preservation Society sponsored a home tour on Sunday, October 17th.  The tour featured four distinctive Sierra Madre homes, and refreshments were served at Lizzie's Trail Inn and the Richardson House.  Pre-sale tickets for the tour were $12, with tickets the day of the tour costing $15.  Proceeds benefited the Historical Preservation Society which is raising money for preservation of the City's historical archives housed at the Public Library and for further restoration of the Richardson House and Lizzie's Trail Inn.

The following homes were on the home tour:

Country Victorian, 80 W. Grandview, built in 1885
New Craftsman Bungalow, 248 E. Laurel Ave., built in 1999
Victorian Queen Anne, 419 E. Highland Ave., built in 1894
Craftsman - Transitional, 169 N. Baldwin Ave., built in 1908
Lizzie's Trail Inn and the Richardson House Museum, 167 E. Mira Monte Ave.
