PUBLIC COMMENT

           

People in the audience will be able to make comments on items that are covered on this agenda. 

 

Under the Brown Act, the City Council is prohibited from taking action on items not on the agenda, but the matter may be referred to staff or to a subsequent meeting.  Each speaker will be limited to five (5) continuous minutes, which may not be delegated.  These rules will be enforced but may be changed by appropriate City Council action.

CA Govt. Code Section 54957.6 – Collective Bargaining regarding compensation and working hours in relation to the Fair Labor Standards Act with regard to all bargaining units.  Negotiators: City Attorney Charles Martin, Attorney Brian Walter, City Manger Tamara Gates, and Assistant City Manager, Margie Tucker.

Conference with legal counsel, City Attorney Charles Martin and City Manager, Tamara Gates regarding litigation (CA Govt. Code 54956.9) discussion concerning various claims regarding the City logo. 

 

The City Council/CRA may not discuss any item not appearing on this agenda.

 

Adjourn to City Council Study Session on this day at 5:30 p.m. at this same meeting place.
