Posted 3/31/12 – On the Monday prior to the Wistaria Festival, March 19th, the Chamber held a media day and invited members of the print, radio and television media for a pre-event look at the vine. Local artists Lynn Fearman, Patricia Ancona and Carol Adams were on hand painting the vine in preparation for the upcoming event. Historian Phyllis Chapman was on hand along with members of the Chamber Board of Directors. Bean Town provided coffee and pastries for those who attended. Despite a downpour the previous Saturday, the vine was still a sight to behold. Enjoy the photos below, click to enlarge.
