After Steelers coach Chuck Noll died and went to heaven, God was taking him on a tour of the place. He showed Noll a modest 3-bedroom home with a Steelers pennant hanging over the front door. “This is your eternal home, Chuck” said God. “You should feel mighty proud, because most folks don’t get their own private living quarters up here.”
Chuck looks at the home, then does an about face and sees a huge, four story green mansion with yellow trim, with three Packers championship banners hung between six marble pillars. Parked in the driveway is a gorgeous limo with the Packers logo on the hood.
“Thanks for my home, God” said Noll, “but I have just one question. You give me this tiny home with a small Steelers pennant, and Vince Lombardi gets that beautiful mansion across the way. How come?”
God laughs and says “Oh, that’s not Lombardi’s home. That’s mine!”
