Sierra Madre Police Blotter, 11/20/11 to 11/26/11

Sierra Madre Police Dept. logoDuring the week of Sunday, November 20th, to Saturday November 26th, the Sierra Madre Police Department responded to approximately 252 calls for service. See crimereports.com for updated information. 

Sunday, November 20th:

12:40 AM- Possession of Marijuana/1oz or less, Lima St and Ramona Ave.  An officer arrested a 51-year old man for a warrant and found that the arrestee was in possession of marijuana.  The suspect was cited for marijuana possession and arrested for the warrant.  The Sierra Madre resident was transported to Pasadena Police Department Jail for booking.  

Tuesday, November 22nd:

12:52 AM- Criminal Threats, 400 blk. W. Sierra Madre Blvd.  This incident involved the victim’s ex-girlfriend leaving threatening voicemails.   

Wednesday, November 23rd:

9:56 AM- Vandalism/Graffiti, Auburn Reservoir.  An unknown suspect(s) used green, black, and yellow spray paint to draw on the wall.   

8:07 PM- Battery Against Current/Ex Spouse/Cohab-Non Cohab, 500 blk. Manzanita Ave.   The victim and suspect got in an argument that turned into a fight.  Officers arrested the suspect, who was the dominant aggressor and transported him to the Pasadena Police Department Jail for booking.         

 Thursday, November 24th:

12:15 AM- Disorderly Conduct/Drunk in Public, 100 W. Sierra Madre Blvd.  Officers arrested a 25-year old man for public intoxication, and took him to the Pasadena Police Department Jail for booking.     

1:18 AM- DUI Alcohol/Drugs, Lowell Ave and Baldwin Ave.  An officer stopped a 27-year old Montclair motorist for a Vehicle Code violation and determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol.  The driver was arrested and taken to the Pasadena Police Department for booking.
