Owner Bill May and Chef Sean Roache welcomed a packed house to the Grand Opening of Sierra Bistro Wednesday night. Offered free wine samples, Angus burger sliders, spring rolls and more, the full house crowd enjoyed live music performed by Dave Shelton, Tim Tutwiler and Peter Burke. The Chamber of Commerce staged the traditional ribbon cutting and David Monroy, representing State Senator Bob Huff (who was tied up in Sacramento, something to do with a budget) presented May and Roache with a certificate commemorating the evening.
