A resident reported that he parked his vehicle on the street at about 3:00 p.m. on 12/18, when he returned to his vehicle on 12/19 he noticed that his left rear tire was deflated apparently caused by nail(s) in the tire. It appears that an unknown suspect(s) placed nails around the victim’s vehicle in an attempt to puncture the tires. The suspect(s) were successful in making the victim drive over the nails and puncture the tire. Later that afternoon another nail was placed under the tire, the victim this time noticed the nail before driving over it.
