Posted 1/1/17 – The final judging of “The Cat’s Away”, the 2017 Sierra Madre Rose Float Association entry in the Tournament of Roses Parade, will take place at 12:04pm today, just outside the Rose Float Barn (weather permitting) behind Sierra Vista Park on Sierra Madre Blvd.. The float will pull out of the Barn at about 4:30 this afternoon and head to the parade route, and will stop at about 5pm in Kersting Court for 10-15 minutes, again, weather permitting. Due to a family commitment, I will not be at the judging today to shoot pictures and video as I usually do, but I do plan to stop by the barn prior to the judging to take some updated pictures which I will post later today.
