Posted 12/2/15 – The Sierra Madre Chamber of Commerce held its annual Winter Village Festival (known variously through the years as Whoville, Dickens Village, and Holiday Open House) on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 28th. There were horse and buggy rides, snow sledding, local non-profit fundraiser booths, Santa, and the lighting of the tree, as well as specials at the downtown merchants. See below for video of the tree lighting, and a photo gallery.
