Posted 11/1/15 – Photos by Bill Coburn – Despite speculation by some that there would be inadequate law enforcement presence to allow for a safe and fun night at Alegria on Halloween, thanks to the Ham Radio operators, volunteer and reserve SMPD, and Captain Ortiz and Chief Giannone, the event went off swimmingly, at least while I was on the street. Once again, thousands turned out to see what the creative folks who live on the street put together for Halloween. Enjoy the photo gallery, click an image to enlarge.
