Posted 11/2/13 – It was a bittersweet Halloween celebration on Alegria Avenue on Thursday, with the excitement that the big day was finally here, but sadly, one of the original folks who helped build this street extravaganza into what it is, Doug Sutcliffe was missing, having passed away earlier this month. But the festivities carried on, and perhaps it was an appropriate tribute that this year the decorations seemed to surpass previous years. Below the video are the pictures I shot.
