Posted 4/20/13 – The semi-annual fundraiser by the Sierra Madre Rose Float Association will take place this Saturday, at the Rec. Center in the Sierra Madre room. Doors open at 6:30, Bingo begins at 7:30. Donation at the door, $20. As always, there will be great prizes (mostly donated by local businesses and organizations), and beer, wine and pizza will be available for sale.
The Legendary Bingo event is one of the top fundraisers for SMRFA, and helps fund the float that SMRFA enters in the Tournament of Roses Parade each year. Be warned, this is not your grandmother’s Bingo. It is, however, an evening of raucous fun, so stop by and help fund next year’s entry in the T of R Parade, “Catching the Big One”.
