Posted 2/28/13 – There will be a viewing from 11:30am to 1pm, followed by a graveside service at 2pm for John Peters, the Bean Town barista who passed away suddenly last Sunday. Peters, who had worked for Bean Town for more than two years and was well known and well liked among the regulars, collapsed while working Saturday night, and passed away on Sunday. He had graduated from West Los Angeles Baptist high school in 2008, and had studied digital media arts at John Brown University in Arkansas before returning to California.
