Twice a year, the Sierra Madre Rose Float Association (SMRFA) puts on a “Legendary Bingo” fundraiser with “Bingo Boy” and a drag queen, usually “The Fabulous Belle Aire.” This is not your grandmother’s Bingo. These events are among the biggest moneyraisers SMRFA has. Enjoy these photos, and be sure to watch the video, in which Citizens of the Year Amy and Glenn Putnam receive a swat from Belle Aire (a donation to the cause results in a spanking for the designated spankee).
