Community Water Forum

The City hosted a forum to educate people about the current state of the water system, and why it felt it needed to raise water rates by about 37% over the next five years.  The proposal to raise rates was put on hold by the City Council after it received nearly 1800 Prop. 218 protests from ratepayers.
